This is the beginning of the short fiction piece “Orange Sky Preparation.” I’m excited to direct you to the Spider Road Press anthology Up, Do: Flash Fiction by Women Writers where it is included.

If you’re curious to read the rest of my short piece and several other great works in the aggressively short format of flash fiction, order your book copy today.
